For much of my life, I've had rather saggy biceps. After menopause, they sagged a bit more. I started lifting small weights, and am now (age 69) doing that several days a week. I can't say they look more toned at all, but not long ago I learned part of that is really hormonal. Still, my carpenter was impressed when I could help him carry the china cabinet, no problem!
